Exceptional Heat Resistance

PPS-CF boasts a heat deflection temperature of up to 264°C under 0.45 MPa, allowing it to operate continuously at temperatures exceeding 200°C. This performance surpasses standard PA-CF materials, making it suitable for high-temperature applications. 

Flame Retardancy

The filament meets the UL-94 V-0 flame retardancy standard, ensuring it self-extinguishes within 10 seconds without dripping. This property is crucial for applications requiring high safety standards. ​

Mechanical Strength and Dimensional Stability

Combining PPS resin with carbon fiber reinforcement, PPS-CF offers superior strength, stiffness, and dimensional stability. This ensures that printed parts maintain their shape and integrity under mechanical stress. ​

Chemical and Solvent Resistance

PPS-CF exhibits excellent resistance to solvents, acids, bases, and salts, making it suitable for environments where chemical stability is essential. ​

Ultra-Low Moisture Absorption

With a moisture absorption rate of just 0.05%, PPS-CF maintains its mechanical and thermal properties even in humid conditions, outperforming materials like PA-CF.
