High Flow Performance for Faster Printing
The high-flow design allows significantly more material to pass through the hotend compared to standard versions, enabling faster print speeds and thicker layer heights without compromising extrusion stability. The 0.4 mm nozzle offers a balance between detail and speed, the 0.6 mm nozzle is ideal for strong functional parts and reduced print times, and the 0.8 mm nozzle is optimized for maximum material flow when printing large or thick-walled components.
Hardened Steel for Demanding Materials
Equipped with a hardened steel nozzle, this hotend is built to withstand wear from abrasive filaments such as carbon fiber-, glass fiber-, or mineral-filled materials. This makes it well suited for technical prints that require both high strength and long-term nozzle durability, even during extended production runs.
Stable Induction Heating and Compatibility
Using induction heating technology, the hotend heats up rapidly and maintains stable temperatures throughout printing, supporting consistent extrusion at high flow rates. It integrates seamlessly into the Bambu Lab H2C and H2C Laser induction hotend system and installs directly into the toolhead assembly, making it easy to upgrade or replace as part of regular maintenance.
